Mooli Lachhe or Grated Radish is like a lot when had with meals in North India. Normally, due to its tanginess it is served with food not and not as a salad before food.
Wash radishes, cut off the edges on both ends then grate them.
Wash, peel then grate ginger.
Wash green chilly, break its stem and finely chop it.
Break off the leaves of green coriander, wash then finely chop them.
Mix ginger, green chilly, lemon juice, roasted Jeera and salt to the grated radishes, Mooli Lachha is ready. Fill it in a bowl and serve with food.
You can also make Mooli ke Pranthe by using this grated radish as stuffing.
