Ingredients for (Mooli ki Phali and Aloo Recipe) Radish and Potato Recipe
Radish - 250gm
Potato - 2 to 3 (Medium size)
Oil - 1 1/2 (tablespoon)
Asafetida- 1-2 pinch
Cumin seed- 1/4 small spoon
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 small spoon
Coriander Powder- 1 small spoon
Green Chilly- 2 to 3 (cut into thin pieces)
Red Chilli Powder- 1/4 small spoon
Salt- (According to taste) 3/4 small spoon
Green coriander-1 table spoon
How to make (Mooli ki phali and Aloo Recipe) Radish and potato Recipe
Cut the both stems of radish and peel the potatoes. Wash radish and potato with water properly. Now cut the potatoes into 6 to 8 small pieces and cut the radish into thin pieces.
Put the oil in the pan and heat the pan. Put the cumin seed into the pan. while frying the cu min seeed, put turmeric powder and green chilli into the pan. Continue stirring and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.Pour 2 tablespoons of water in the pan, then cover it and cook it for 9 to 10 minutes with low heat.
Open the cover of the pan and check whether the potatoes have become soft or not. Stir it well. If it requires more water, you may add 1 table spoons of water in the pan and cover it. Cook the recipe for 5 to6 minutes with low flame.
Now you see, you recipe has become properly boiled. Add the mango powder and green coriander in the recipe and mix it well. Your radish potato recipe is ready now.
Take out the radish and potato recipe in a bowl. You can serve and eat hot with Bread, chapatti and nann.
