You can increase or decrease the quantity of sugar in halwa as per your choice.
You can also add other dry fruits you like eating the most and skip the use of ones you don't like.
Preheat ghee in a pan. When ghee is sufficiently hot, add millet flour into it. Stir constantly and cook on low-medium flame until it turns little dark and slightly brown in color. Cook until you get good aroma. Now add 1 1/4 cup water and sugar. Mix well and cook on medium flame until it gets thick in consistency.
Chop cashews in small chunks, ground cardamoms and make powder.
When halwa gets thick add cashews, raisins, chopped cashews and cardamom powder. Mix all ingredients really well and cook for 2 more minutes. Luscious millet flour halwa is ready, take it out in a bowl.
Pour some ghee over the halwa and garnish with chopped cashews. Place the millet flour halwa in refrigerator and relish eating for 3-4 days.
