Ingredients for Ginger Chutney

  • Ginger – 50 gm
  • Lemon – 2
  • Black pepper - ½ small spoon
  • Green chili – 2
  • Asafetida – 1 to 2 pinch
  • Salt – as per taste

How to make Ginger Chutney

Peel and wash the ginger and cut them into suitable small pieces for the grinder. Now take out the juice from the lemons.

Mix ginger, lemon juice, black pepper, green chili, asafetida and salt; and grind them finely. Take out the grinded paste into a bowl.

The delicious Ginger Chutney is now ready to serve and eat along with your meals.
